Zandkoekjes Recipe

Zandkoekjes is the classic Dutch biscuit. This recipe was based on my second trial making zandkoekjes. Here is the recipe.

  • 1 egg
  • 80gr butter
  • 10gr vanilla flavour powder
  • 60gr confectioner sugar
  • 150gr flour
  • 3 tbs milk powder
  • salt


How to make:

  • Sift flour and milk powder.
  • Cream the butter, egg, and confectioner sugar for 5 minutes.
  • Add the sifted flour and milk little by little to a dough.
  • Add vanilla and salt
  • Form a dough as you like
  • Heat the oven
  • Bake a dough for approximately 30 minutes.
